GETTING STARTED

Book your starting place in class, online or in-app. Choose from 'Lift' (a bench number) or 'Run' (a treadmill). We will guide you through the rest.

At your first class, remember to arrive 15 minutes early so that our instructor can guide you through treadmill use, as well as the class flow and weight recommendations.

CLASS PREP

At Therapy, we’re not about obsessing over calorie burn. However, we will say this is a BIG workout so fuel yourself appropriately before and after class.

What if i have injuries?
If you have any injuries or medical conditions, please tell your instructor so that they may give appropriate alternatives throughout the workout.

What if I cannot run?
Cannot run due to injury or other reasons? Not a problem – we have 2 places in class just for you. When booking, select a bike number instead of a treadmill for your lower impact option.
